Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel like you're walking on clouds, so if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a direct refund to your original payment method or a different size or style via our exchange option.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them in a shipping satchel. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
